Bronwyn co-founded Polecat in 2007 with James. Bronwyn was previously Director of Citizenship and Diversity at Microsoft UK where she focused on technical, policy and communications strategies to improve the societal impact of Microsoft in the UK. She is also Chief Anthropologist Polecat thanks to her MA in Development and Anthropology. She is not Chief Polecat Theologist despite a BA in Theology. She is however still interested in whether Heidegger was right and that the social character of man can be measured by his use of technology.
Toby is Head of Product, Chieftain of Development and Principal Poet. When not finessing algorithms he's also completing a PhD at UCL. His favourite book is Learn Java in 7 days (because he learned it in 5). He's lived in South America and Spain and can make divine dulce de leche and sangria as a result. Before morphing into a Polecat Toby worked at Experian, Helpshire, the Institute of Dev Studies and the Clear Thinking Group. He holds an MSc in Software Engineering which he achieved with Distinction, and has every possible qualification to do with computers you'd expect. He also is a killer on the rugby field.
